1. Acceptance of Terms
For the entirety of this document, “we,” “our,” “us,” and “Weblo Digital” refer to Weblo Digital LLC, a Wyoming-based company, along with its owners, affiliates, and service providers. By visiting our website or purchasing our services/products, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated below.
By accessing or using the Weblo Digital website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website and refrain from purchasing any services/products from us.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the website in any way that could impair its performance, corrupt content, compromise security, or attempt to access restricted areas.
2. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to cooperate fully with Weblo Digital and provide all necessary materials, information, login credentials, approvals, and resources required to deliver the services. The Client also agrees to provide timely feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay Weblo Digital the fees outlined in the statement of work (SOW), invoice, or proposal. In the event of late or missing payments, Weblo Digital reserves the right to suspend, delay, or terminate services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Weblo Digital retains full intellectual property rights to all work produced, including but not limited to code, designs, software, and creative assets. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered work for internal business purposes only.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project. Weblo Digital will take reasonable measures to safeguard the Client’s confidential information.
6. Warranties and Representations
Weblo Digital warrants that its services will be delivered professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
The Client warrants that all content, materials, and information provided to Weblo Digital are legally owned or licensed and free of copyright restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Weblo Digital shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the relevant SOW or proposal.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Filing a Complaint
If a Client is dissatisfied with our services, Weblo Digital will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact us before filing formal complaints or disputes.
Refund Policy
10. Overview
We manage every project professionally and aim to deliver as promised. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
11. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to services purchased directly through Weblo Digital’s website or sales team and are subject to this Policy.
12. Types of Refunds
Money-Back Guarantee: Weblo Digital may offer a money-back guarantee for select services within 24 hours of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within this timeframe.
Non-Returnable Services: Certain services, particularly custom or personalized work that has already commenced, are non-refundable.
13. Detailed Refund Conditions
- Before initial concepts are delivered: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Within 48 hours of receiving initial concepts: 66% refund (minus 10% fee).
- Between 48–120 hours: 33% refund (minus 10% fee).
- After 120 hours: No refunds, but you may contact us for support.
Refunds are not available once:
- Initial concepts are approved.
- Revisions are requested.
- Final files are delivered.
14. Non-Refundable Conditions
- If the Client is inactive or unresponsive for 30 days or more.
- If the website has been launched or final files have been delivered.
- If the Client changes their mind after approving work.
- If the Client is unresponsive for 45 days (order may be put on hold upon request).
- After 25 days of project activity, if the Client forfeits services.
- After animation storyboards have been approved.
15. Services Not Covered Under Refund Policy
- Copyright protection certificates
- Website hosting services
- SSL certificates
- Domain name purchases
- Maintenance plans
- SEO plans
- Social media marketing
- Google Ads or paid advertising campaigns
16. Refund Process

Please include:
- Full name
- Project or order ID
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documents
Refunds are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, funds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank processing timelines may take 12–15 business days.
17. Additional Refund Terms
- No refunds for rush fees.
- Refunds are void if multiple agencies were hired for the same task.
- Client cooperation and feedback are required for project completion.
- Similarity to existing designs is coincidental; the Client is responsible for copyright registration.
- After a refund is issued, all rights revert to Weblo Digital.
18. Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating disputes or chargebacks. Most concerns can be resolved directly.
19. Modifications to This Policy
Weblo Digital reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
